In the same location, you will meet a local olive oil producer who will guide the tasting.
Together we will learn how to:
– Recognize high-quality extra virgin olive oil
– Understand the difference between good and low-quality oils
You will taste two varieties of Etna olive oil, served with local bread.

We begin in our hazelnut grove, a peaceful and authentic place with a beautiful view of Mount Etna.
Here you’ll discover one of the most unique products of the area and taste:
– Local Etna hazelnuts
– Artisanal hazelnut creams

After the tastings, we move to a family-run Etna winery.
Here you will enjoy a relaxed lunch including:
– Traditional Sicilian dishes
– Wine pairing with Etna DOC wines
