Cooking Class near mount Etna – Pasta & Cannoli Experience

Join us for a private Sicilian Cooking Class near Taormina, set in the countryside at the foot of Mount Etna.
This authentic experience begins with an olive oil tasting at a local farm, then continues with a hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to make handmade pasta (maccheroni with the ferretto) and traditional Sicilian cannoli — followed by lunch or dinner with everything you prepared.

We’ll start with a visit to a local farm, where you’ll enjoy a guided extra virgin olive oil tasting.
You’ll learn:
– how olive oil plays a key role in Sicilian cuisine
– how olive oil is produced locally
– how to recognize a quality olive oil

After the tasting, it’s time to cook together.
During the cooking class you will:
– Prepare handmade maccheroni with the ferretto (traditional Sicilian pasta technique)
– Discover how Sicilian cannoli are made

After the preparations, we will sit down and enjoy the meal together.
The meal includes:
– Maccheroni alla Norma
– Cannoli with fresh ricotta filling
A simple, delicious, authentic Sicilian moment — made by you, shared with locals.

Drinks and local wine are included during the meal:
– local Etna wine and water included
– Extra wine & beer bottled are not included
