We’ll start with the perfect Sicilian welcome: a pistachio granita in a local pastry shop.

Next, we’ll meet a small local pistachio producer.
The owner will introduce you to the story of Bronte pistachio and guide you through his pistachio grove

A short walk on the ancient Etna lava flows will allow you to:
– see Pistachio di Bronte DOP trees up close
– understand cultivation and harvesting
– learn traditional local methods and secrets

Enjoy a Bronte pistachio lunch, prepared directly by the farmer.

The menu includes:
– tasting of natural pistachios
– various bruschettas with cured meats and pistachio products
– various typical appetizers
– first course with the original recipe of pasta with Bronte pistachio pesto and guanciale
– pistachio dessert
(The menu may undergo small variations while always maintaining high quality.)

At the end of the tour and lunch, we will be able to reach our farmer’s shop to purchase the products we tasted.
